To grow the bulbs you can just place them in soil in a shallow pot / tray just below the soil surface, keep them damp but dont let them dry out in a bright and warm area.
Once grown into a plant the Oxalis prefers medium to bright sun. Water thoroughly and then allow the top half to dry before watering again. Feed monthly in the growing season.
