Deliveries & Returns

Parcels are collected by Royal Mail Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays upon request / concent to ensure there is minimal risk of any plants being stuck in a box over the weekend  

If you choose you want the delivery address changing please leave a message on your order or use the chat as soon as possible as your order can be packed anytime between 9 and 1pm so keep this in mind when contacting please.  You will then receive an email notification once and your order has been collected by the courier. This is a tracked delivery service so you are able to track this by using:
1 - If there is an issue with the plant when it has been received here is what you need to do:
2 - Email immediately to showing the problem you have with images from all angles including the packaging and the shipping / delivery label, the more can seen the easier and faster it is to resolve the issue.
3 - Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the delivery has been delivered. Any longer than this and we are unable to guarantee the condition the plant would be received in upon being returned.
4 - This must be in its original packaging and condition, proven by the photos sent and is then returned at the buyer's cost, then the return can be accepted.
5 - Before returning, please be sure get in touch to arrange the return only by email to and you have allowed up to 24 hours for a reply accepting the return
6 - Refunds cannot be issued if the plant arrives back damaged. If the damaged is caused by the courier then your pre-return photos are essential. No refund can be issued without this
7 - If you have a multiple plant order, you can only return the plant you are claiming for, you must keep the remainder.
8 - Do take into account that plants are natural and are changing constantly, so a slight change is to be expected.
9 - Any missed deliveries are your responsibility, you will have had the email confirmation to enable tracking sent to you yearly evening on the day of shipment.
For our deliveries we use recyclable paper and biodegradable packing peanuts. These can be dissolved in water or thrown in the compost bin.
Our boxes are also recycled where possible, we are close with a lot of other independent shops and we share packaging all the time.
