We want you to enjoy your plants and accessories, and here are the terms you agree to by purchasing from Chop n Grow:
Plants & Cuttings
Minor Imperfections: By placing an order, you acknowledge that plants are living items and may have minor imperfections from traveling. These natural variations are not a valid reason for a refund. We pack carefully and make as secure as possible, but a little wear is normal when traveling via the postal system.
Issue with the Plant: If there is a significant issue beyond minor travel blemishes, contact us as soon as possible but also within 7 days with a photo for a return, replacement or refund, which ever Chop n Grow finds appropriate for the situation.
Change of Mind
You may return a plant within one week of receiving it if you change your mind. The plant must be in its original pot and in the same condition it arrived, without being tampered with (e.g., not repotted or having its roots disturbed).
Returns are at your own postage cost. To arrange a return, you must first email chopngrow@gmail.com with photos of the plant to confirm its condition. We will then agree on a suitable time for both parties to initiate the return process as soon as possible.
Once the plant has been safely returned and inspected, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price (excluding postage costs).
Accessories
Accessories (such as pots and tools) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
If an accessory is faulty or arrives damaged, we will cover the cost of return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.
If you are returning an accessory for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for the return postage.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated once the returned item has been received and inspected.
You will receive an email notification to confirm whether your refund has been approved and processed or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note it may take 7–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
