🌿 Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen plants or accessories to the basket and checkout securely through our website.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, local collection is available by appointment. Please email before ordering if you’d like this option.


📦 Shipping

How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Mondays and Tuesdays can be a little busier due to weekend orders, but everything is packed and shipped as soon as possible.

Who delivers my order?
We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

What if my parcel is damaged in transit?
Please take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately upon arrival. These are required to raise a complaint with Royal Mail.


🌱 Plants

Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
Not always — plants are living things, so there will be natural variation in size, shape, and colour.

My plant has a small blemish or a bit of loose soil. Should I worry?
Not at all! Minor imperfections are normal when plants travel and won’t affect their health.

What if my plant arrives unhealthy?
Contact us within 7 days with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if there’s a genuine issue.

How can I pay?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

Do you offer subscriptions?
We’re working on monthly plant and pot subscriptions — keep an eye out for updates!


🪴 Returns

Can I return a plant if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days — but you’ll need to cover return postage and the plant must be in its original pot, untampered with.

Can I return pots or accessories?
Yes, within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
