1. About Us
Chop n Grow is owned and operated by Jo Burchall as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
2. Products

We sell live houseplants, cuttings, and plant accessories.

Plants are living items and may vary in size, shape, and colour from photographs.

Minor imperfections from travel are normal and not a valid reason for a refund.
3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

All payments are processed securely through trusted providers; we do not store card details.

Subscription products (when available) are billed monthly until cancelled.
4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days. Mondays and Tuesdays may be busier due to weekend orders, and as Chop n Grow is run solely by one person, orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Dispatch may be delayed during extreme hot or cold weather to protect plants.

Collection is available by appointment only.

Plants are carefully packaged to minimise movement and protect them during transit. Some loose soil or minor leaf imperfections may occur—this is normal and not considered damage.

If your parcel arrives visibly battered or damaged, you must take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately upon arrival. These are required to raise a complaint. Without photo evidence taken on delivery, no claim or compensation can be processed.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel is with Royal Mail.
5. Returns & Refunds

Customers must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our website.

Plants must be returned in their original pots, untampered with (not repotted, no root disturbance).

Refunds are only initiated upon inspection of returned items. Customers will receive an email notification of approval or rejection.

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

Care instructions are provided as guidance only; we cannot guarantee plant survival once in your care.
