Spinosad bug treatment
(Image shows 10 ml example of how it arrives)
Spinosad is used to treat common plant pests. Depending on how bad the infestation is, you may need 2–3 applications, usually once per week, to help break the pest life cycle.
Mixing instructions
Mix 2.5 ml of concentrate with 1 pint (568 ml) of water.
For example:
• 15 ml tube makes about 6 pints of spray
• 30 ml makes about 12 pints
Spray the leaves thoroughly, including the undersides.
This concentrate is commonly used for houseplants or smaller garden areas, so the amount of spray needed will depend on the size of the plant being treated.
Once sprayed, avoid placing plants in direct sun or under grow lights until the leaves are dry, as strong light on wet leaves can sometimes cause leaf burn.
If excess liquid sits on the leaves, simply tap or gently shake the leaf to remove it.
Store concentrate or diluted spray in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
There is no short use-by time once mixed.
Can also be used on outdoor plants, but please be aware Spinosad can affect bees, so it is best applied in the evening when bees are less active.
The concentrate will be sent in a measuring tube for you to dilute and mix yourself.
