About Alocasia Zebrina Mint Variegated

Alocasia Zebrina Mint Variegated is a rare and highly desirable collector’s Alocasia known for its beautiful minty marbled foliage. Unlike traditional variegated forms that show bright white colouring, the mint form displays soft green and pale mint tones blended across the leaves, creating a subtle but striking pattern.

As the plant matures, the foliage becomes larger and more dramatic, and the distinctive zebra-patterned stems that give Zebrina its name will become more visible with age.

The plant offered here is the exact specimen shown in the photographs and is currently growing in a perlite-based mix while developing its root system in controlled indoor conditions.

Young Alocasia will continue strengthening and producing larger leaves as they establish in their new environment.

Natural variation in variegation and growth should be expected as the plant continues to mature.

Basic care guidance

Light

Bright indirect light is ideal for maintaining healthy growth and encouraging strong variegation.

Water

Keep the growing medium lightly moist but avoid waterlogging. Allow slight drying between watering.

Humidity

Alocasia appreciate moderate to higher humidity, especially while establishing.

Temperature

Warm conditions between 20–25°C will support steady growth.

Feeding

Once actively growing, feed lightly with a diluted fertiliser during the growing season.
