About Anthurium Wonderboy × Michelle

Anthurium Wonderboy × Michelle is a beautiful hybrid combining desirable traits from both parent plants. This cross is known for its elegant heart-shaped leaves and striking vein definition, creating a bold tropical appearance even while the plant is still young.

As the plant matures, the foliage typically becomes thicker and more textured, with the veins becoming more pronounced against the deep green leaf surface. Each new leaf can develop slightly different characteristics, making every plant unique.

The plant offered here is the exact specimen shown in the photographs and is currently growing in a perlite-based mix while establishing a healthy root system in controlled indoor conditions.

Young Anthuriums will continue to strengthen and produce larger leaves as they establish in their new environment.

Natural variation in growth and leaf shape should be expected as the plant matures.

Basic care guidance

Light

Bright indirect light is ideal. Avoid strong direct sunlight.

Water

Keep the growing medium lightly moist but never waterlogged. Allow slight drying between watering.

Humidity

Anthuriums appreciate moderate to higher humidity, particularly while establishing.

Temperature

Warm conditions between 20–25°C are ideal for steady growth.

Feeding

Once the plant begins actively growing, feed lightly with a diluted fertiliser during the growing season.
