So far I have not seen any progress, seems to do nothing, but perhaps my application or expectation is at fault?

It is recommended that an outer decorative shade isn't used as this can effect the lifespan of the bulb making its temperature increase also.
All bulbs have unique codes to be able to identify where they were dispatched from.
Warranty is 1 year from purchase, if your bulb fails to work in that time i will need to see the reference number and an image of the bulb as you would looking into the bulb whilst it is obviously off in your hand and then i can contact Sansi for them to check the details as to weather the warranty is valid.
If a replacement bulb is to be sent then the cost of the postage for the replacement is on the customer.
Apologies for having to do this but due to some dishonesty it is the only fair way to process the situation.

Steven Already had bought 3 Pianta bulbs this year for the darker parts of the house to help some plants through the winter. Loved them so much that I was going to get two more. Then I came across Chop N Grow and saw these Sansi lights at a ridiculously good price. How do they do it? Beats me. Not only is the price good, but unlike the pianta that only seems to come in a 18W option, Sansi has a range of options for your needs, 15W, 24W and 36W. At this price, I won't hesitate to buy more.
