Monstera Lemon Lime is a bright and cheerful twist on the classic Monstera, loved for its vibrant lime-green foliage. Unlike the deeper green tones of a standard Monstera deliciosa, this variety grows in a noticeably lighter, fresher shade of green that really stands out in a collection.
As the plant matures, the leaves will grow larger and begin developing the iconic Monstera splits and fenestrations, creating a bold tropical look while keeping that unique citrus-toned colour.
This plant has been grown in a perlite and stratum mix in a controlled environment and has now completed its acclimatisation process. It has been gradually transitioned from 100% humidity down to normal home humidity of around 55%, with temperatures ranging from approximately 18°C at night up to 23°C during the day.
The root system is strong and well established, with visible healthy roots.

By allowing full acclimatisation before dispatch, your plant has been nurtured specifically for a true home-to-home environment. These plants are not grown in glasshouses and immediately shipped after travelling long distances. Instead, they are given time to settle, grow fresh roots and adjust to real indoor conditions before leaving me.
You’ll be able to see the established root system before dispatch, so there are no hidden surprises from stressed or rotting plants. This greatly reduces transport shock and helps your plant transition smoothly into your home.
Basic care guidance once home
Light
Bright, indirect light will help maintain the vibrant lime colouring and encourage strong growth. Avoid harsh direct sun.
Water
Keep the growing mix lightly moist but never soggy. Allow the top layer to begin drying slightly between watering.
Humidity
This plant appreciates warmth and gentle humidity, but it is now comfortable in normal home conditions.
Feeding
Begin feeding lightly during active growth using a weak, diluted feed.
As with all young plants, natural variation in growth and colour should be expected as the plant matures.
When it is time to ship, your plant will be carefully packed, if needed a heat pack will be added to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition
