Monstera Sierrana Chosen at Random
Please see the last photograph for an illustrative example of the spectacular foliage and fenestration a mature Monstera Sierrana can develop. This is not a photograph of the plant you will receive.
Monstera Sierrana is a beautiful and unusual form of Monstera, admired for its spectacular mature foliage. As the plant grows, its leaves can develop dramatic, deeply divided fenestration, creating an elegant and architectural appearance.
These young plants are currently displaying their juvenile green foliage, with the distinctive mature leaf shape developing over time under suitable growing conditions.
Originally grown from tissue culture, these plants arrived at Chop n Grow in September 2026 and have since been carefully acclimatised and grown on in our care.
Current growing conditions:
- Temperature: 18–23°C
- Humidity: Maintained in a controlled growing environment
- Growing medium: Perlite / Vermiculite
- Watering: Sitting in a small puddle of water while developing water roots
- Feeding: Receiving a weak plant feed
Listing photographs: 28th October 2026.
One plant will be selected at random. The photographs of the young plants show examples from the current batch. Individual size and leaf count may vary.
If you would prefer to choose your own plant, please get in touch before ordering and we'll be happy to show you the individual plants available.
The final illustrative image demonstrates the potential appearance of mature foliage. Leaf development and fenestration will depend on the plant's growing conditions and maturity.
