HerpXotics Orchid Bark Substrate consists of natural bark chips suitable for most reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. This versatile substrate can be used wet or dry. By misting daily the spraying of the substrate and the heat of the vivarium creates high humidity; perfect for rainforest species. With frequent spraying the substrate becomes moist and like the forest floor it encourages burrowing.

Can also be used dry to great effect, it looks very natural for an arid setup if mixed some sand, soil and fine gravel/stones.
